Kevin Jenkins OBE Easter Egg Appeal
The sixth annual Kevin Jenkins OBE Easter Egg Appeal by Ambition, Aspire, Achieve (AAA) aims to provide for each child referred to the appeal, an Easter egg for Easter Sunday.
This year, the appeal ran from Monday 13 March 2023 and the donated eggs will be distributed safely to the children in time for Easter Sunday. AAA was aiming to collect 2000 eggs to help 2000 disadvantaged, vulnerable and/or at-risk children enjoy an Easter egg this year.
Donations from the Newham Chamber of Commerce (NCC)
Newham Chamber of Commerce members (and some non-members) who attended the recent NCC Business Breakfast Meeting, sponsored by London City Institute of Technology (IoT), held on the 30th March 2023, kindly contributed and donated 43 Easter Eggs for the sixth annual Kevin Jenkins OBE Easter Egg Appeal.
As a goodwill gesture, for every Easter egg donated at this meeting, the Newham Chamber of Commerce matched, bought and donated an Easter egg too! The NCC matched the 43 donations we received last week, so a total of 86 Easter eggs have now been donated to the Easter Egg Appeal.
