Newham Business Awards 2025 Entry Form

TO ENTER:
There is no cost. Entry into one or more award categories is by completion of this form supported by introducing the business or person in 150 to 200 words; by entering between 150 – 500 words about how you meet the criteria for the category being entered, and any additional supporting documents (please do not submit company brochures). A separate application form should be completed for each award entry submitted.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES:
The deadline to apply is by 5pm on Friday 7th November 2025, entries will then no longer be accepted.
