Local business leader Sarfaraz Ninad helps jobholders become entrepreneurs — with a special offer now available to NCC members

As the founder and managing partner of Swindon Chartered Certified Accountants, Sarfaraz Ninad is on a mission to reshape Newham’s business landscape — one entrepreneur at a time.

Since launching his practice in 2024, Sarfaraz has already helped over 15 professionals make the leap from employment to self-employment. These include individuals from healthcare, retail, education, and logistics sectors who had no prior business experience. Through mentoring, tax and compliance setup, and practical business planning, Sarfaraz has guided these clients through company formation and early-stage growth.

“When people see business as something they can do, not just something others do — that’s when real change begins,” he says.

One recent success story comes from a fellow NCC member, who previously worked at Daraz (Alibaba Group) and is now the proud founder of Tutors 4GenZ Ltd, a Newham-based educational services company.

“Sarfaraz didn’t just help me register the company and manage taxes — he helped me believe I could be a business owner. Today, I’m creating jobs and contributing to the local economy,” said the founder.

Sarfaraz’s support isn’t limited to technical advice. As an ACCA-qualified accountant, MBA graduate, and mentor for both ACCA and IIA USA, he combines high-level expertise with an approachable, mentorship-led style. His goal is to support at least 200 women and young people in Newham over the next five years to launch their own businesses.
