Newham Chamber of Commerce members are invited to an exclusive, high-impact event designed to help local business owners grow their workforce while reducing costs. The London Owners and Leaders Conference takes place on Thursday 12th February 2026 (9.30am–4.00pm) at Mary Ward Adult Education Centre, Stratford (E15 2TF) and brings together employers, policymakers and workforce experts for a practical, solution-focused day.

Hosted locally by Jennifer Lewis, owner of Smarty Pants Abbey Lane Nursery and Clever Cloggs Day Nursery, this conference draws on her 30 years’ experience as a Newham business owner and proud Chamber member. The agenda focuses on real-world challenges facing SMEs today: recruitment, retention, training and rising employment costs.
